Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting THE SUPER GUM customer support as soon as possible after placing the order.

Before Dispatch

Cancellation requests may be accepted if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Where applicable, customers may instead need to follow the relevant return or refund procedure, subject to eligibility under the Returns & Refund Policy.

Refunds

If a cancellation request is successfully approved, the applicable refund will be processed through the relevant payment or refund method.
